RC Residence will be located beside Bandar Malaysia, more job opportunity will be create.
Future trend, when people will looking for job they will start to think whether it is located nearby public transport. Thats the reason why more and more property are being built nearby MRT. Unfortunately, the space are limited.

People will choose when they have an option.When MRT (public transport) is connected to all path of KL just like SINGAPORE, HONG KONG, CHINA. People will take public transport to travel.
