Although nothing beats gourmet coffee and espresso but no harm have a cup or two white coffee sometimes.

I prefer to brew using kapal api powder then add milk, it has a slightly milder taste than our local kopi o.

Avoid 3in1 if possible because of the non dairy creamer.

Haha true but too bad non-dairy creamer is inevitably inside almost everything now, even the well loved boba tea. Anything that needs to be cheezy, creamy, milky and silky there you have it.

The good thing about white coffee is it ain't picky about timing, unlike gourmet coffee you can brew as long as you want depends on whether you like it mild or bitter strong.

Brown sugar also goes well with both gourmet and white coffee, but avoid honey at once. It just not suited as a coffee sweetener i think. Especially the wild flower honey that has strong floral taste.
