We are a team which specialised in room renting business. We are currently looking for investors to expand the business. For your information, what we do is;

1. Research on locations which will yield good rental income
2. Renovate the site to maximise the number of rooms on the site with our own professional renovation team
3. Manage and maintain the site I.e hunting for tenants, cleaning and etc with our own professional property management team

What you investor need to do is basically listen to our proposal and decide if you want to invest in this growing business. Investment amount differs from each site. Roi is expected within 2 years of room rental and with a rental contract of 5 years from the site owner, 3 years of passive income will be guaranteed.

Sorry guys, need to settle the current investor unit first before we reopen for investment. Maybe in 1 or 2 months time as our renovation team is busy and can't accept more investment at this moment.

Honestly, pls only reply if you guys are seriously enquiring. Sometimes i explained and there is not even a single reply. Some i asked for numbers first before explaining and poof gone. Lol. No point asking if you are not serious, or at least have the manners to say no and why no.
