PC boot but no display, Help

No display when boot up PC. Suspect motherboard update bios did not complete. I still see my HDD led light blinks...
Tried:
1. Clear CMOS
2. Swap graphic card and use onboard video
3. Swap RAM
4. Use tv and monitor
5. Unplug all sata ports
Spec:
CPU
Intel Core i5 6500 @ 3.20GHz 47 °C
Skylake 14nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 1066MHz (15-15-15-36)
Motherboard
ASRock H110M-ITX (CPUSocket) 37 °C
Graphics
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti (ZOTAC International) 41 °C
Storage
111GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 120GB (SATA (SSD)) 39 °C

Try use eraser to run the gold contact pin on the ram and plug it back again.

any BEEP sound ?
unplug all sata usb hard disk keyboard mouse. just cpu + ram + monitor only
