I'm kinda confused whether to work at Accenture or Nestle as both of the company are great and provide great employee benefits, but i am not sure which is suitable. Can i get some opinions from someone who is experienced in this area? Thank you so much.

I do not have experience in both companies, but what i can say it all depends on what do you do there. decide what is closest to your heart. that should be sufficient for the time being if this your first job. either companies provide good track for corporate ladder climbing and worldwide exposure.

Accenture good. They charge corporations hefty USD1-5k daily rates.

Nestle -> can move around fmcg companies, much wider scope

Accenture -> can move around consulting firm, the world of consulting is kinda small

Nestle is the best in f&b industry but in Accenture the exposure of different kind of industry is much more wider. So both are also great options to work in. So the decision is harder to make.

If your accenture role is accounting related, then you can go anywhere you want. Consulting will make you a jack of all trades, master of none.

Nestle is not just fnb, is fmcg, you can move from skb, cp, cpc, modelez, or you can even join a consulting firm that focus on branding on consumer marketing

Either is good for your work exposure. Accenture for consulting and Nestle, as the rest have shared, are a major FMCG. Depends what role and department you're in too.

Good luck!
