2. Fish with flat head (pari, keli, sembilang, etc)

4. Tempoyak
5. Pork (religious reason)
6. Duck
7. Lamb/mutton (bad smell)
8. Rabbit, deer, etc (other than beef, fish, chicken, seafood, i dont eat)
9. Chicken skin also sometimes i throw away
10. Those fatty parts of satay ALL i throw away

I actually damn enjoy the smelly taste.

So damn smelly when smell, but once inside mouth almost no smell, need to eat a lot to keep the hnnnngghhh longkang water smell in your mouth.

I think it’s partly due to nostalgia reason as I grew up in a sawmill, they have some fermenting section with strong smell like chautofu, KEK.

Tasted super delicious, literally the best tasted fish. Even neighbor, friend and family offer to buy from my dad if they had tasted it once

But they don't know to make it delicious the cost is super high too. If sell will not make profit better just eat it own self my dad said.

Udang is my top favourite. Also other seafoods, mussels, kerang. Can't reject them. Although cholestrol for these are high.

I had snake soup at a restaurant (situated inside a Chinese temple) in Semenyih.

Dunno what kind of snake it is but the texture of the snake meat is smooth and chewy at the same time.

I love seafood too. But for udang, I can eat udang besar only. The small ones I can't.
For satay, I'll recommend Ah-Basri satay if you ever come to penang. It's a bit expensive, but very good
