Udang is my top favourite. Also other seafoods, mussels, kerang. Can't reject them. Although cholestrol for these are high.

I wish there are sellers who dont include fatty parts on satay in KL. Cant find. Last time got in Setiawangsa area but closed down.

None of the food ppl list out here I'd call disgusting, they're all real food
But a lot of them I don't eat because I don't want to and I don't like to eat like chicken feet and innards etc

Disgusting would be chicken nuggets, we don't know what's in there!

I had snake soup at a restaurant (situated inside a Chinese temple) in Semenyih.

Dunno what kind of snake it is but the texture of the snake meat is smooth and chewy at the same time. thumbsup.gif

I love seafood too. But for udang, I can eat udang besar only. The small ones I can't.
For satay, I'll recommend Ah-Basri satay if you ever come to penang. It's a bit expensive, but very good biggrin.gif

One bad thing about us Cantonese, we tend to make everything into soup... kinda destroys the natural flavour and texture
