There is NO vaccine or AntiViral drugs for this virus yet. Once it is inside that body, it is up to the individual immune system.
If the person immune system is weak, the virus will overtake the body and that person will die.
They said they affect mostly old people.. that's a LIE. Young people also die once the virus
got into vital organs like lungs and liver. They keep producing more and more until that person who longer can breath or the liver shuts down.
There is truth that it affects more older people. Some younger people also die do not contradict with it, as the word used is "most", not "all".
It is hard to rigorously define "stronger" or "weaker" immune system to survival. We have certain cases of kids survive better against virus attack ( hepatitis virus for example ) because the immune system does not fight too strongly with the particular virus. Some of them have immune system which "make friends" with virus and become carriers. And for adults, some of them the immune system fight too strongly with the virus, but sometimes they get into an overreaction and died.
One of the cause of death for severe and critically ill patients infected with the COVID-19 is "cytokine storm", which is an overreaction of the immune system. Technically they are killed by their own immune system over reaction.
