Mortality figures from India and Africa are very dubious, who is going to bother to test the dead poor masses?
Malaysia is a middle income country and here quite a few of the cases are only found to be infected after death. If it spreads to rural parts of Sabah, checks are likely to be skipped as the logistics are terrible.

6 deaths today shows that this virus is not getting milder. It should have taken another week or so for the current surge in Sabah cases to work through

it is getting much worse!

almost 40mil infected worldwide:
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

and... no sign of half vaccine or good treatment drug(s).

even remdesevir is now no good.
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/10/16/who-remdesi...-19-deaths.html

politicians worldwide have taken it too lightly; some like DT have pissed on it.

this covid sucker seems to be angry, coming with a vengeance.

if it keeps getting people sick, the hospitals will collapse... there will be little else left for other diseases.

hope the idiotic politicians wake up.

Purely speculating here.
Sabah test seems to hit a bottleneck, they can't test people fast enough, so I'm think it's not peaking there yet.
Selangor won't peak for another week because the CMCO has only just started, moreover it's just a half-ass CMCO.

They don’t give covid19 test to the patients, they must have “most” of the symptoms in the list then they test the patients
As usual they just release to the society if you’re healthy with no symptoms...

Is anyone still keeping track of the raw data per district/state? I'm interested to see the trend for Selangor/kl/putrajaya since CMCO.

Hey, thanks for this. It is really concerning that the 14 day avg cases are on the increasing trend. That would also mean that the CMCO only has a moderate impact on reducing covid positive cases, which isn't surprising as most of the cases are coming from clusters where workers are staying crowded flats/housing.

Do you mind posting your data on google sheets?
