This is my first post here, in years since I joined.

I started practicing Yoga 2 years ago. At first was just for fun. But now I'm really in love with it and it really makes me more fit, and of course more healthy.

Yoga is not only about flexibility, it also helps burn fat, any part of the body, you choose it.

I definitely recommend Yoga as a path towards fitness because it can be practice even when i grow old smile.gif

I'm now practicing everyday, attend classes or practice at home, 1 - 2 hours.

I attend classes in YogaZone. They have hot yoga too.

You didn't sweat much in class maybe because you're not activating your muscles for the postrues? Because contracting muscles generate heat and we sweat. But then again, each individual is different, maybe you are just not the "sweaty" type during sports biggrin.gif nothing wrong

Oh, Celebrity, I have friends from there too, Kelly and Jun.

Actually yoga is becoming more popular in guys nowadays. I see so many of them during classes, especially those advance classes.

Since you think you're not that flexible, then all the more reason to practice yoga smile.gif and yoga keeps you fit too. A lot of my male teachers are very muscular one, hehe.

Hehe, sorry to say there're still many poses I can't do. All standing and twistings are fine. I'm rather weak at arm balancing and inversion poses. So I planned to go to gym to take some weights for my arms tongue.gif
