Hey guys, can i enquire about places where i can put up ads for my Apartment for rent ?
Previously i had put up an ad in Mudah, and got a good family for the last 4 years, but i had to screen through a lot of students (which i want to avoid).
Other then Mudah is there any other places i can advertise ?

If i take up an agent to help me, how does it work ? Do i pay him certain month or how?

My apartment is in Krystal view seksyen 7
Previously i rent it for RM 1500 increased it once 2 years ago to RM 1650
its partially furnish, with 2 airconds

Looking at mudah now, the rent is roughly rm 1700 to 1800.
