Which one should I go for between this two?Or there is other options? Not into oneplus and iphone.

It's a no brainer, you shouldn't compare S10+ to Mi 9T Pro.

I will normally avoid china brand phone except huawei.

As a China digi fans
I suggest you avoid huawei and try xiaomi.
Huawei currently has no GMS and we all worry about the phone takes privacy from users.
Many of games and applications are not optimized for the Huawei Hisilicon CPU.
