Hi, have anyone tried minoxidil before and if you did, how's the results? Does it work with both hair loss (on the scalp) and for growing beard?

it will encourage baby hair grorth on the scalp. problem is the adult hairs still continue to fall due to whatever environmental reasons. so, it wont stop hair loss.

Haven't tried Minoxidil yet to be honest.
I've tried all kinds of shampoo/tonic for thinning and weak hair.
All doesn't seem to work.
So yeah, I'm kind of giving up. Well, sort of. Lol!

I've tried Minoxidil for around 2 years and Finasteride for about 6 months.

My personal experience with Minoxidil, it's a relatively simple way of slowing down hair loss. I noticed during the first year I used it that I actually did grow some small hairs around my face more (where the minoxidil accidentally falls on). However, 2 years in, it seems the effect has slowed whether due to age or ineffectiveness, I'm not too sure. But I'd still use it over the long term.

Finasteride wise, I don't notice much of a difference in terms of hair volume but like before, excessive hair loss has reduced but growth is.... not as quick as I like? Will update more details after a year.
