I saw a few chart animation on youtube. So i made one for malaysia. I included KLSE, EPF, ASB, Gold, Bond Fund, Bank FD, Property price index, Property with rent 3% just to help with imagination, GDP and inflation.
Not hard to guess who win.

I just notice Singapore dont have anything like ASB or EPF. Like they cant invest in Temasek holdings.

They do have CPF, which is an equivalent to EPF. It's also a mandatory defined benefits plan.
ASB like product, no. In fact, ASB was first created as a tongkat so as to give wealth with minimal risks. It still is today

Unfortunately ASB is not for all. Asx is very difficult to obtain now due to stiff competition.
