i took B full license recently at end of 2019 from Metro without a prior B2 license. That was about RM800. So I assume a conversion from B2 to B full would be less. The package I took still came with metro's standard free 3x resit for JPJ test.
But I didnt opt for the transport /pick up that they offered as it was some additional charge.

I suggest you look up on FB etc for promo's for a discount etc. Usually they will have some raya or year end deal. You just need to ask.
