Nicely say it's to provide cheaper alternative to taxi. Now that they monopolize the market they start to behave like taxi as well, simply call high fare and say high demand.

Customers get penalized because they're short of drivers. Fare is ridiculously high.

I've checked grab vs mycar to same destination, grab fare is almost double that of mycar.

Can always give mycar a chance. More unstable platform I think lack popularity and funding. But I think it's give for public to help reduce monopoly in e hailing world in Malaysia.
