i think is PJ those properties at there rise up very fast, and also the development is high....


setapak, although a lot of student, but there a lot of high rise building also...like unstopable....traffic is getting worse, crime also getting worse... it still a good investment if buy properties at there. but can rent to other ppl or not is another issue.
