For example I take saveral aerial picture, then I want to stich it into one big picture

Well, this is into aerial photography i see haha, maybe you can try Adobe Photoshop, if you have few pictures and you want to join them together.

If you are trying to do the 'professional way' , then i would suggest you to post this question in a international/photography-related forum website or a forum thats dedicated to aerial photography. Cheers
