I reset My Password but still cannot login, Help!

Hi,
I need help. My account cannot login and i click the link to send the email to my email address. I had follow the instruction to enter the user ID and validation code but still cannot login, plz help me! |

Do state your user id lar. You didn't state, how to identify which is your account?
