This limited-edition Johnnie Walker Blue Label with a Penang design celebrates the heritage of the iconic Malaysian island.

Despite being a small island north of Malaysia, Penang has always gotten plenty of attention. From the food to politics and its burgeoning arts scene, the entire island itself is a tourist attraction. Now, Penang can add another notch to add to its belt – a limited-edition Johnnie Walker Blue Label with elements of Penang designed on its bottle and box.

Illustrated by artist Shan Jiang, the square bottle features three continuous facets of iconic Penang elements alongside the bottle’s label. The London-based illustrator has incorporated the Kek Lok Si Temple – Malaysia’s largest Buddhist temple – its red lanterns, and a dragon dance. With so many iconic Chinese elements on the bottle, it’s only natural that this limited-edition bottle would make the perfect gift for the upcoming Lunar New Year festivities.

yeap, jam and at the end driving like lanjiao, thanks to the hate from malaysia, until now no funds given for LRT, even the latest ongoing thean teik expressway also need to get money from own pocket, federal ask penang go get bond to build LRT, basically asking Penang to fuck off and giving them lower development funds than what Kelantan and terengganu getting, only some stupid funds to upgrade the stupid cable car for tourist to further jam up the island, nothing else for Penang people.

Penang should really impose some fees for people from other states to enter. How else Penang able to have better infra with Malaysia hating Penang so much?
