Dont think the price will be cheap But i was looking at the pre launch prospect an agent send me, they keep emphasising on "affordable" Hopefully its within 500-600k+ range. Will be interesting since its free hold and by sunway 788sf - 1337sf

the place quite strategic... somemore it located near to kuen chen (top chinese sch in KL) ... 400m .. but i not sure izzit dangerous or not if walk from this condo to the school

Dont just look at the map ya.
