Org asli bumi semenanjung or bumi Sabah Sarawak also cannot. But no worries, our gov system shall be 90% Malay.
Gov servant we have 1.4 million. No problems to sell lah.

Hektar got swimming pool?
This ppam got gym only. No pool.

This project is freehold + malay reserved land. so only malay can buy.

Hektar don't have swimming pool. if want pool, then bayu andaman (1000sqft 300k). which I believe still have units left, ready to VP in 1 - 2 months.

I think the location will be in the red plot. but the expected completion on September 2022? don't know can make it or not.

When an organisation providing welfare for its staff but only certain staffers are qualified bcos of race and not performance or any other work related performance measure.

Its different when you as private citizen have a piece of malay reserved land and you try to sell to only malays.

By the way, just curious the nearby newly vp project still got many unsold units but why they still want to launch this new project? Why they dun just go and buy the newly vp project? Weird or not?

Yes (current or retired) and also their children, but only 1 child is entitle i think.

The child will own the unit. They are just using the parents kuota to get it.

The application is low actually. Just read previous page on PPAM Bayu Andaman. Completing soon but once again reopen again to get applicants.

1000sqft with condo facilities. 300k. 1 car park. 600+ units.
At least slightly better than some rumahwip like skyawani 3 or 4.

Hm bank dont approve EF for this project. New developer. LPPSA also hard to approve. 2 approved over 1000+ ask for approval. Something is wrong? but 1000sqft for 280k it just so cheap. I might pull the trigger. what you guys think?

and of course. delay. might finished on late 2023. Miti dont give approval for project below 70%. pending till pkpb update.
