Yes i have problem with that.

When an organisation providing welfare for its staff but only certain staffers are qualified bcos of race and not performance or any other work related performance measure.

Its different when you as private citizen have a piece of malay reserved land and you try to sell to only malays.

The child will own the unit. They are just using the parents kuota to get it.

The application is low actually. Just read previous page on PPAM Bayu Andaman. Completing soon but once again reopen again to get applicants.

1000sqft with condo facilities. 300k. 1 car park. 600+ units.
At least slightly better than some rumahwip like skyawani 3 or 4.
Well all not at the best location but at such price should not complain i guess.
