Whats your opinion towards IBN highland city, i didn't really saw any topic toward this project so i decided to open up one to gather up opinion and details about this project, do feel free to share up ya. It would be great if any sifu can share more detailed info about the facilities for this project.

Because u mentioned taking cable car....

Then better buy the project behind first world hotel..
At least its top there...

in fact the PH gov still sleeping. earlier on they said new rules will prohibit developers to use driving time as 'promotion' but still haven't come out with rulling…..si beh jialat.

saw the price range on propertyguru, so mostly foreigners since our locals can't really afford price that is over million. Saw an agent post that they already sold 3 blocks.

As I remember they launched at 2019 , now 2024 , also haven't done the project .. somemore is china developer. Might kena con already .

Today just went there ... Seem like nothing except 2 tower...
The Geo Antares almost done already even launch later than this .

As I know , the king parks and IBN is same batch of ppl ...
