As soon as I realiased that, I called Maxis support line. They said they can't reactivate it. Instead, they suggested that they can reclaim the number and requested me to sign up for a postpaid plan. Since this is the only option they proposed to me, I decided to pursue it. However, after multiple follow up calls, the assigned customer support representative is either away on holiday or unable to progress this matter for whatever reason.
Is anyone able to assist me to get my hp number back, please? I can PM the number and other details as needed. I am still overseas and will not be back in country in a next few months due to work.
