everyone is anticipating for the next touch screen ipod, if concept and rumours are true might see ipod taking the mp3 player trophy for the 6 time running hehe

Imagine watching all three LOTR extended versions on ur iPod on the plane from Malaysia to New York, instead of those crummy in-flight family friendly movies.

Rumours said it will be like iphone without phone.. and i pray for it to be true..

WiFi included? I'm afraid that the next iPod may end up treading a little far into PDA territory. Now that the iPhone is out, I can't imagine what Apple will do next with the iPod.

what can do next for ipod?

Cut price ..n learn from Creative price tag...and more advanced technology built in. Supported more audio/video format. More decent SQ~~!!

Der is no end for ipod to Steve jobs. It is the most successful product in Apple.

3.5' screen? that would be cool. but if the battery prob is da same as iphone. no thanks XD

i dont really perfer touch screen for ipod .
an mp3 player must have a good key for ppl to feel the button .
one thing that normal touch screen is the feel.

You don't see ppl complaining playing on a PSP or a DSlite on hours end do u?

well that's because the game is optimize for the small screen, and movie is optimize for the big sceen. yes, its indeed a bad idea

if u happend to haf a chance to watch One series on PSP... Pls do it.

Ur eyes will get strain...haha.. and ur wrist too. Cuz u haf to adjust the PSP screen to avoid light reflection. if u got a PSP dock, ur neck will get strain then.

If watching short clip or mv on screen size like dat is cool..

Staring at a portable device screen over 10mins is suffering...

Btw, it depends on users. Some users can even using tiny mobile phone screen to enjoy long length video stuff. 3.5 inch screen is alot benefit than those.

So, market value is still der for certain ppl who haven't get tired of the fun as portable video entertainment.

If can make it GPS built-in. It would be a hot-selling product any minutes. Like Google Maps in Iphone. Dat's one Iriver PMP haf GPS built in. Surfing net on PMP somemore.

Dat's still alot of improvement space for a PMP device. Most important thing is don't overpricey ur product.
Well, it's Apple. Watever the sky high price is, der are still ppl will dying for it. haha..

But what comes after the feel is the coolness

Well, I used my iPod Vid to watch anime for bus trips form KL back to my hometown, the trip is roughly 6 hours with an external battery that'll last 12 hours, watched anime for more than 4 hours on that thing. the 2.5" screen is awfully small, but is there anything better to do other than that?
