LAD for late delivery of strata title, Pre 2016 projects

Anyone has/had started to initiate claim on this area for those havent get their strata title ?
So far what is the status outcome ? Check your SPA as it mentioned developer is liable for late and/or no delivery of strata title |

I'm working with property developer and projects prior to 2016 will foresee delay in issuing strata titles for stratified development. It's also due to changes in processes especially with the Land Office. LAD is subjective in this case.So far what is the status outcome ?
