Anyone got any comment about this kind of TV back lighting? Govee is not perfect, should be pretty close to what I would like to get.

Try nanoleaf

Search lazada/shopee for ambilight, there are kits for this at under RM 100

I've already decided that I will use a pc as my media player (because 7.1 sound decoding already available)

You can also build your own with WS2812 LED strips with something like Ambibox
