My phone 's led is damaged. Replacing new one costs rm 400. Might as well get a new one.

But the phone is otherwise working perfectly . Just the led sometimes malfunction leading to difficulties to show screen.

Second hand store also don't want.

Being the environmentalist i am, is there anyway to recycle it?

Sell it on Mudah & Carousell as spareparts. You will get a low price but at least parts of the phone will be reused.

The problem is the led as you have said, every other part of it is working perfectly. There are a lot of this fixerupper guys that take phone parts and place them in other phones. You could sell it to them or just give it to them for free. They will be very happy and trust me, your phone will find a new purpose.

If you really like your phone then you should not let it go. Since you do not wan to just throw it away but recycle. You also dont want to fix it. Just keep it then. You can keep it in your phone collection so that you can remeber what kind of phones you had in the past. I have kept all the phones I have had since my very first one.
