How u all view abt his commentator for LIVE soccer ?

I feel poor man , and he always use this word "VERY VERY" , for example " THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH" , "VERY VERY GOOD " ....... jialat man

Shebby has been criticised to death. He is not only a lousy commentator, he is a lousy pundit as well. To top it off, he has a whiny, annoying voice.

hahaha, that's funny. I think he talks a load of cobblers.

He is better then most of the wannabes though. Until someone better comes up I'd say he is the best at the moment. Till that time comes we'll just have to deal with him.

Another one HK commentator also lauzy , i watch asian cup 2007 with HK commentator ... i nearly wan to sleep ...

As i followed...whenever he predicts a match result...sure it will be off.

He is ultra biased, that's the only thing i can say about him... when the aussies mount and attack that fizzes out we get something akin to
"they look so disjointed"
when the thai attack fails
"they are getting there, setting their sights..."

I would say best of the worst local commentators....at least he's not afraid to stick his head out on the chopping block....

Yes he does have limited vocabulary and when he gets stuck, he tries to invent words or he uses sound effect to describe things. Like when he said, "so and so is looking for that 'wow' pass".

I have never noticed that as I don't take any notice of him I suppose

Sigh.... probably in Malaysia he is the best....

but he is the WORST PUNDIT around...

Take Malaysia footballers for instance, they might be the best in Malaysia, but when playing against other teams, they're like clowns.

That's because he is probably the only ex-Malaysian player that speaks proper English.

brings to mind, Malaysia's foremost sports commentator, Hasbullah Awang.... how much I hated his commentaries...

to be honest, i like the old malay dude from RTM! Is he still around? He reminds me of those Brazilian commentators... lecek ke kanan, ke kiri gooooooooooooooooollllll!

I guess so.... LOL.. moreover I guess he is pretty impressionable in that he has not bloated up like all our ex-sportsmen... .
