Work permit reason..cough..

At least half easy vs Peninsular guys. Few of my colleagues already get position etc but due to work permit did not approved, the position went to the "local"

Some even on contract work, permit somehow not approved after previously approved via 3 months basis, end up management let go cz cannot mobilize him to go project due to above reason.
