It has been years married to my wife.. My ability to withstand her complaining and getting mad at something which is very little to things that doesn't impact life. She can nag for 2-5 hours and grumpy. She throws all the tempers at me and it's very tiring to cope. I feel like punching her right at her face to shut her up ( i know it's not right thing to do and it's pretty bad for a man to lay a hand on ladies ) or drive my car out of my home just to avoid her...

if i explain and told her it's enough, it will be another war.

It's very very very tiresome...

Things like a roll of rubber hose. It's just curled to the different direction, different from her version of rolling, then she will explode. Things that we cant control like clients behavior... sometimes its out of our control how a client behaves in our business. Then she will complain and nag for the same things for the whole evening... in angry and very dissatisfied manner... i mean.. sometimes there are children can spoil somethings in our premises or getting dirts on to the carpet. She would go mad for hours and even days! We i tried to calm her down... then it's more flamable.

Geez.. i am banging my keyboard while typing all these.. there is so much more..

all men have this "here are the step to .....", giving solution instead of listening

if you cant beat them, join them instead

having a family is like building your own cult, it took time to make their reality are bend how you want.

start listening, let her finish that 3000 words per day quota and keep the conversation going by asking question...

once done then put your opinion instead of solution unless she ask specifically for it

That is a situation where you can't express wholly on your feeling with words.
We all men tend to stay calm regardless ll the pressure put on us.
However, let me tell you this, there are two types of expression.

1.Verbally
2.Physically

Verbally in your circumstances is the only option when physically expression is more aggressive and not really helpful in long term.
Other than that, your wife is not the problem, I bet you re a busy person but don't ever ignore her.
You re in a hot situation probably the stress at your workplace then afterwards you tend to find peace by isolating yourself.
However, isolating yourself might help in short term problem but not in long term.

Learn to express, learn to control and learn to love back

Unfortunately... i think there's more than meets the eye. She must be very frustrated about something and thus every little thing that doesn't go 'right', triggers an explosive reaction.

Seriously, take her away for some relaxation/ holiday for both of you to de-stress. Or perhaps let her spend some time away from family, to go holiday with friends or something. It's about communication and it seems like possibly there's something deeper that's unspoken of. Just my 2 cents' worth of view though
