Discount 18% and no hike for next 38 years, seems like not bad right? Using time value of money, assume 4% inflation, means the toll rate is getting cheaper by 4% every year. By 2050 an RM10 toll paid is only worth around RM3.08 in 2020 value. In effect, in 2050, JB to KL toll rate is less than RM10. rclxms.gif

No such thing as 100% discount. Maintain also need money. Then no profit, EPF how? Your EPF will get songlap instead.
