You bomb, they stop buying palm oil. We already lost India and if China market also lose, all the plantations can really close shop. Don't forget there are so many other industries depending on them. If China tourist stop coming, you know what is the impact or who are we going to export all our durians.

They got us by our balls. There no way we can maneuver out from this except to kowtow to them. That is the sad reality which everyone needs to understand.

Reality for people with no balls like you.

Other people stand up and fight.

This is called fight smart and not fight like a stupid fool.

When economy fall and you lose your job that time, then let's see whether you will say the same thing or not.

People who stood up for what’s right and not just kowtowing to big powers are rewarded. See Vietnam.

You just need to have a vision of what you want to do in the future. But slave-minded people like you will always be slaves.

All I can say is strawberry generation with their naive views of the world. Before you even think of the future, you have to look at what is in front of you first. People are already losing jobs here and there and the reward is not even 100% assured.

Not agreed with u..  Korean didn't sell themselves.. Not Japan.. Not Indon.. What asking is protecting our marine life from rapist.

Palm oil yes so what.. U reap what u soil.. Those jungle timber u whack before planting palm oil..
Durian.. Who care if China don't import.. How many durian plantation owner here?
China investors? Mostly on property..

We need to see China as competitor not saviour..
*
Is our economy as strong as Korea or Japan? Is Indonesia's economy so dependent on China like our economy? Are you willing to give up all the rail, MRT projects? Don't go and complain when government can't continue such projects. Don't go and complain when government need to collect more taxes.

Easy for youngsters like you to say you reap what you soil but when all the poor Felda planters cannot even afford to have decent meal or send their children to school that time, don't go out and blame this and that.

Stupid people see China as competitor. Clever people see China as opportunity.

MRT project not free ya..
Priority should give to felda but not those plantations creating haze every June..
Wake up, China as opportunity is like 15 years ago, when I go there to earn big buck.. Now what kind of opportunity? Become durian seller? Or sell. Ur ass there? What business u can do thee e? Except multi level, forex,  what u can do?
*
They already got Malaysia by our balls no thanks to our former PM. We are already part of the belt and road plan and we can't wiggle away or rich enough to pay them off. That is the reality we have to accept. How to give priority to Felda? Palm oil price do not care who is the producer. Don' be so naive.

Cannot but sg did ban import of palm oil and products from company causing haze
*
Did it stop the haze from coming? You can't do anything unless Indonesia themselves are serious in combating this problem. Those who say boycott palm oil and this problem will go away are just plain naive. If palm oil is no longer lucrative, they will just change to other crops but slash and burn practice will still continue.

You can severely punish local companies who practice slash and burn in Indonesia.
*
Out of the 29 companies that was caught and taken action in Indonesia, only 4 were Malaysian subsidiaries and 1 Singaporean companies. Malaysia can punish those 4 companies but if Indonesia is not serious against their own companies, nothing will change.

The bigger culprit of haze are the small scale farmers instead of large companies. Studies have shown that 59% of fire originate from outside timber and oil-palm lands and they contribute to 62% of the overall smoke from Sumatra. In Kalimantan the figures are even higher. Fires outside timber and oil-palm lands generated 73% of all emissions and 76% of smoke.

The slash and burn practise is their tradition. Even though there are laws, Indonesia is not serious in enforcing them especially against small scale farmers who are the poorest.

That's why u need world governance body.. Palm oil problem is after product of timber industry without replanting tree..

The problem is not palm oil. The problem is slash & burn practice by a lot of farmers in Indonesia and a lot of them are not the big companies. If palm oil is gone, there will always be other crops and the problem will continue if they do not stop the practice.
