Let's say you die this year, then you still enjoy 18% discount. That's good profit.

only LESEN KENDERAAN MOTOR , pay to JPJ, not JKR

so your ROAD Tax is actually not being used to build and maintain roads.

JPJ or JKR, both oso federal gomen dept

In business sense, JPJ can be termed as profit centre (bring in revenue) and JKR as cost centre (where revenue is expended)

Its actually road tax. But jpj do not have the authority to collect tax. Thats why they put it under "lesen".

And the road part, there are only certain type of roads under jkr. But most is under local council.
