Furthermore, those place also smell like dog shit, I mean the whole block smell like someone died in there. People live in there mostly low lifer where everybody doesn't care about the surroundings and they are quite OK with their filthy environment, I mean you see the thing is, shit job + long hours + lowpay = miserable/depressing, when you are depressed you won't have motivation to do anything. But if you are rich but lazy/no time to clean up sure, no problem, hire a maid because you can afford it.
