I am in the same position as you now.

I know of whole families that are supported by this level of salary, and I thank the lucky stars that I can live as I do now.

Of course this all will change as you get married, buy house, etc. so don't get complacent as well!

Your worth is determined by your value to the company, not your age la sohai.

And it's a free market, people are paid what they are worth. If you're not happy, counter, go to a different company. But if no company wants you for that salary means you're not worth a higher salary.
