Government hospitals quota all full already. They will always ask you to seek outside dialysis. if you try to appeal that you have no money so die die must use government hospitals, then it depends on your face to determine whether you can get approval or not. but don't hold your breath.

at the end, charity dialysis center, socso and private charity is probably your answer instead of relying on GH.
