EPF paid about RM16 billion for a 49% stake in PLUS and got about RM0.5 billion in annual dividend. That's about a measly 3% annual return for the investment. Correct.? . |

This is like the bank unilaterally extending your car loan by 20 years but give you 18% discount for your monthly instalments = more profits for the bank.
