Another possible alternative will be rich parents need pay for their kids breakfast, while poor will be subsidies from gov.
Then school will buy same/uniform breakfast for all student. (Inb4 head master songlap those fund give bad food laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif )

one of the thing that I like about PH was this free breakfast. Now this uturn happen + 20 year toll extension, can go RIP lor.

later i can confirm macai will say parent feel humiliate due kids taking school provide brakefast , they are catagorise as poor families kids , among the kids gologang poor and rich will be seperate , the rich one will laugh poor kids having school provide meal
