27 year old self-proclaimed host Sawamura Ryosan was arrested for assaulting a drunk woman foreigner in her 20's at his home in Shibuya last September.
According to the MPD, the female tourist visit Japan with her family and went out on her own after her dinner with her family, she got drunk and was found sleeping on the street by Sawamura who carries her to his home which is only a few minutes away.
The woman visited the police with her family the next day and filed a reported.
Sawamura admitted to the accusations.
