In some situations yes.

I have seen many times, those that got married and have children, they will get promotion or naik gaji. My theory is that, employers care more om these staffs as being a father n husband, they have a stronger sense of responsibility. And the risk of them lompat to other company is low.

But for women not so much. Coz they will probably take alot of leave anak sakit.
