Just want to ask:

1) can a person phone number revealed the owner details? If yes, how?

2) if a person IC has registered the maximum number of prepaid sim for lets say Umobile. How long it takes for the previous inactive number to remove by themselves to that can start register the new number?

1) can, but its illegal to reveal how
2) number will back into the number "pool" once deactivated for 6mths (or is it 3mths??)

1) is it involving bribing?
2) after 3 or 6 months then the IC can use to register another new number right?
