Unfortunately, the pressure of family life means you don't get to sleep a lot during daytime. And during your days off, takkan wanna sleep during the day and be a vampire at night. This alone will spoil the rhythm. It's like regular Joes suddenly sleep at daytime during the weekend and keep awake on Fri-Sat nights. On Monday, sure teruk.
