Okay I realized that the Invest bonus is just for 3 months.
so after that it's only Deposit (0.9%) + Debit Card (0.9%) + CC (0.9%) = 2.7% bonus interest

comparing it to RHB's Smart Account
Deposit (1.80%) + Pay (0.5%) + Spend (0.5%) = 2.8% bonus interest
Plus optional Invest (1.0% of net investment)

   

No need to think too much about the investment bonus. Sales charge is so high with "at least 2.50%", you only get the bonus for 3 months. Completely useless, last year it was quite OK.

Best case scenario:
You pay them 2,5% of 30k: RM 750
You get 3 months bonus for 100k: RM 500

So if you have 130k in the account, yes, you can think of buying unit trust for 30k, with this figures you get "cashback" RM 500 of the sales charge.

I change to rhb in january, but it lasted for 1 week only. I transfer rm50k to my account via SCB, and can see the money instantly, but the money went ‘completely gone’ from my account next day.

It took them 4 working days to rectify the error. CS is unable to reach. Need call the ‘lost card’ centre and they keep saying they only lost card cant do anything. Other number if call like 9 years no one pick up.

Once issue settle, they say due to new account la what ever bullshit they give.

I’ll stick with my SCB, better service. Superior customer service experience
