i got peanut amount of $ . so i stick with std Chartered. not much significant and too hassle to handle one more bank.

but RHB only need to deposit 2k (less 1k than SC) and can get 1.8% d rclxms.gif

The fresh fund cannot be internal transfer between same standchart account holder right? If i interpret correctly. If i use my Maybank account transfer to it, can right?

Anyone able to confirm the debit card spending is based on transaction date or posting date?

I paid RM1 X 5 times on 29 Mac.
3 transaction posted on 31 Mac.
2 transaction posted on 01 Apr.

Argh!!! regret doing it so last minute. lesson learn.

Done that last two years which lasted for 12 consecutive months.

After that, been on and off by investing on their online platform and entitled for the bonus interest as well which is quite good.

Can i get sifus advice?

I banked in a certain amount on 5th april.

Will the interest come in for 3 bonuses (2.75%) on May (for this bank in on 5th April)?

I am thinking to withdraw it on 1st May or now (if it doesnt make a difference on the intererst)

it affects your MAB which is used to calculate your interest .
ie withdraw latest possible date

So if i withdraw on 1st May, i will still get interest 2.75%? (interest from 5th April- perhaps 30th April)

Why before mid month? I thought anytime in that particular month will be ok?

First question - do you know what 2.75 % per annum means? If you deposit RM1000 you WON'T get RM27.50 for your deposit between 5-30 April ya. If you're aware of that then good.
