The phrase doesn’t mean customer is always right literally. It just means that you don’t argue with customer and think of ways to solve their problem without making the argument/problem worse. In other words, just shut them up with whatever you can offer.

"Customer always right" Only applies to business in dire needs of customer money (sale or service). Or business organization management has bad HR PR skills therefore avoid getting into complication when there's complaints.

Depending on how much profit I gain from the 'customer'. Don't say this is materialistic, customers now a day just does not understand the logic of 'there is no such thing as a free meal'. Harsh but its the truth~

if u got a boss, then customer is always right.

if u are the boss, u have the choice to decide whether u want to give customer to be right or not even thought they are right

if u are the boss, u can tell the customer, please get lost we dont want your biz... boss choice ( if no consequences then no problem u can do that)
