T&G email me that my T&G card has been deactivate.
I called up the the number provided but can get in touch with operator to reactivate.
Can someone share with me on how to reactivate without physically going to the T&G counter/shop?

bro, even if you go to TnG opis also they can't reactivate once dormant
at best they can transfer your balance to a new card

You can't. Like prepaid sim card, once terminated or deactivated you're done. Apply a new one.

Last time at Nu Central I asked about transferring to new card if dormant (not the case of card expired), was told that it's not possible. Only can refund back to bank account.

just buy a new tng and transfer balance if any
