3) The incumbent wives allow it
4) He treats them fairly and provides for them all
Then I say let it be.
I'm not saying polygamy is right, but I prefer not to force my belief unto other people, especially when it involves their happiness.
What we need is for the Syariah system to monitor the welfare of the families involved in polygamy. Some of those families are in trouble due to being neglected by the husband.
