Hey guys,

I just switched to Celcom and when I activated the sim card on my Huawei P20 pro, it asked if I want to let Celcom change the phone setting to make it optimal. I chose Yes, but since then, I noticed that my battery life was not as good as before (not lasting as long). Anyone knows what settings exactly Celcom changed in my phone? and how I can revert them?

Thanks!

Only network settings. Just reset the network settings.

If it is only the network settings, shouldn't have anything that would drain my battery more right?

Its not related to the settings however related to phone signal.

Is your area reception not good? Always change from H to G or LTE ?
If yes that is the reason why battery drain faster.

Yeah, in the condo complex it always switches from 4g to 3g, then no connection, then back again when on the ground floor or between buildings. Some parts of the complex can't connect at all.
